better serve our customer needs. A seamless transition began at the
end of 2007 with no interruption in production or increase in lead
times for our customers.

• ASI Meets Mobile Power Needs
ASI can meet many varieties of mobile on-site power requirements.
ASI has recently manufactured complete mobile power generation capabilities
including tanks, control systems, distribution and sound attenuation
for Caterpillar GENSETS operating in narrow urban streets. ASI designed
and manufactured these projects from the ground up and supplied truck
and lighting modifications for a complete turnkey mobile solution
to our customer's requirements. ASI also has extensive experience
in modifying ISO containers to meet your tailored mobile power generation
needs.

• ASI Responds To Peak Power Demands
In 2004 ASI responded to the call for electrical, fuel and noise abatement
modifications to 48 mobile power generation units. Working over time
in 7 day work weeks for over 3 months, ASI met our customer's requirement
for cost-effectiveness, strict code compliance, and on-time delivery
to help prevent another major power outage in our customer's service

• ASI LEADS THE INDUSTRY IN CO-GENERATION EXPERTISE
Acoustical Sheetmetal Incorporated enjoys continued success in the co-generation field! Acoustical Sheetmetal recently completed another extensive co-generation project with Cummins Power Generation for Johnson and Johnson in Puerto Rico. This complex, multi-unit generator and switchgear facility included state of the art LT/HT piping systems, extensive lube oil make-up/waste systems and fuel oil cooling systems. This project featured fire resistant walls, windows and doors and a complex electrical distribution scheme. Additionally, the project incorporated a complete SCR emissions control package and remote radiator configuration. Acoustical Sheetmetal leads the way in state of the art on-site power generation!

• ASI PROVIDES ADVANCED EMISSIONS CONTROL DESIGN ON NUMEROUS PROJECTS
Acoustical Sheetmetal Incorporated routinely designs and incorporates advanced emissions control systems into their enclosure projects.
